Blue Ventures is a young, dynamic, not-for-profit organisation. All of our staff share our commitment to promoting marine awareness, conservation and research.

  • Careers - Overseas

    Blue Ventures is growing rapidly and intensifying current programmes, whilst expanding the geographical scope of our work and diversity of our conservation initiatives. As part of this process we will have frequent job vacancies for our expeditions and conservation programmes in Madagascar and Belize. Please be sure to check the overseas careers page regularly for potential openings.

    These roles offer superb experience for future careers in applied marine and terrestrial conservation. Salaries are variable depending on the position and candidate experience.

    The London office coordinates our international expedition and conservation programmes and is the backbone for Blue Ventures overseas staff. These roles provide an insight into employment within an international conservation NGO at a professional level; working with our dynamic and experienced UK team will provide valuable experience for those seeking a career in the sector.

    Our office is regularly requested to post job adverts by other NGOs and postgraduate research institutions, as well as recieving calls from former colleagues, volunteers and partners looking for advice on hunting for jobs in the marine world.
