Al worked with countless volunteer groups on many different expedition bases throughout the world, virtually exclusively in marine conservation, before washing back up on the shores of Andavadoaka for a third contract with BV. Since his first stint working as Diving Manager back in 2008 he has seen many changes in Blue Ventures' work and how these additions have improved many aspects of life in the region.
Al oversees all aspects of life at the Andavadoaka base but his heart lies under the sea where he spends as much time as he is able
