Fisheries Scientist Andavadoaka, Madagascar Yann is a marine biologist from Guadeloupe Island in the Caribbean |
He completed his academic training at the French West Indies University. He has worked on the ecological factors governing the spatial organization of fish in a mangrove lagoon. He has also studied the characteristics and organization of micronekton in a pelagic environment with the IFREMER, and his PhD (Marine Biology Laboratory of the West Indies University) focused on the ecology of colonization of coral reefs by fish. Now, thanks to Blue Ventures, he's pleased to have the opportunity to use his experience in conservation.
