Dolce works as social coordinator for the PACP project, creating a local cooperative to manage the soon-to-be-built eco-lodge in Andavadoaka.

Before beginning work with Blue Ventures in 2010, Dolce worked as an administrative associate for two seafood export companies in Tulear. Previous to that, he received a masters degree from the University of Toliara’s IHSM.
