He is a member of a small band and recently travelled to Toliara to record three songs for the Rare Pride campaign managed by Gildas. He is an excellent guitar player and musician. He started working for Blue Ventures in 2010 as research assistant for the shark and turtle project.

Together Dominique and Silvere visit all the sous collectors for the shark and turtle catch data, travelling the length of the Velondriake region every two months. They collect data books and return to Andavadoaka to enter the data before sending it back to London for analysis.
