Hoby is an agronomist, with a major in husbandry and graduated from ESSA in Antananarivo in 2007. Passionate about rural development, he has been working since then in several agriculture companies and NGO's in the South of Madagascar - including WWF, GIZ or SAGE. Hoby aims to bring his experience in production and agricultural development to improve the efficiency of the BV aquaculture project. 

Hoby was born in 1982 and grew up the deep South of Madagascar in the Androy region, but Hoby's family is originally from Ambositra in the highlands - the capital of handicraft. He is happily married, and the proud father of 2 daughters.
