Tsiferana's interest in nature conservation and protection of the environment was born in a scout camp where he received a basic training in ecology. Since then, he hoped to work for a company like Blue Ventures, which focuses on his passion for conservation.

He studied at the University of Antananarivo and earned a degree in Arts and Communication. He began his professional career as a teacher, until a family hired him as a private assistant for over four years. Then Tsiferana was in charge of the administration of a small Korean firm in Antananarivo until he found his current job as Blue Ventures' Operations Assistant.

He was a Chief scout for many years and enjoys reading, outdoor activities and spending time in nature. He is also fond of sport and running marathons.
