Ben Metz works with, and creates environments for, leaders and their organisations so they may do good better. Ben also conceives of, incubates, launches and scales his own initiatives.

Currently Ben's main focus is on launching a consultancy practice based on a psychological understanding of organisational behaviour. The approach explores the organisational dynamics of how people work together. In addition Ben is the Creative Director of SOCAP, the international social investing conference series.

Ben recently co-founded Shared Assets, a new organisation promoting the potential for social enterprise to deliver urban and rural regeneration through the management of environmental assets such as woodlands, waterways and green spaces. Ben undertakes numerous advisory and mentoring roles with individuals and organisations and lives peripatetically out of London and other locations with the potential for excellent culinary adventures.
