Kit Gillibrand

Adviser Originally a zoologist, Kit joined Blue Ventures as Dive Manager in 2004/5.

If you're ever walking down Chancery Lane, listen carefully and you'll probably hear Kit asking himself why he doesn't work on a beach in Madagascar any more...

Kit spent most of the time he wasn't teaching, or repairing dive gear, taking photos of fish to build the species photo library. He also took on the job of surveying fish assemblages, the results of which can be found in the Western Indian Ocean Journal of Marine Science.

On returning to the UK, Kit took the Environmental Technology MSc at Imperial, then decided it was time to take on the corporate world. He now works for Upstream Strategies (part of Jones Lang LaSalle), developing sustainable real estate strategies for corporate occupiers.

Kit spends as much of his free time as possible outside of London, climbing, cycling or complaining that he doesn't get to go diving as much as he wants to.
