Timor-Leste

Abigail is currently volunteering as a Social Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Mentor with the Timor-Leste team, through a partnership with the Australian Volunteers Program. Abigail studied a B. Arts (Hons) in Anthropology and a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Sydney. Prior to moving to Timor-Leste, she worked with the World Bank as a project team assistant on the Pacific Islands fisheries and health programs, and supported the development of the World Bank’s five year country partnership framework strategy with Pacific Islands countries. In Timor-Leste, prior to Blue Ventures, Abigail spent one year volunteering in Timor-Leste with the Centre of Studies for Peace and Development, working on their anti-corruption program and designing Freedom of Information and Youth Engagement projects.
