Blue Action Fund supports projects that are implemented by national and international non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in their efforts to conserve the ocean and improve the livelihoods of coastal communities in developing countries.

Blue Ventures, in partnership with Yayasan Pesisir Lestari, and local partners Yayasan Hutan Biru and Yayasan Planet Indonesia, will work with mangrove-dependent coastal communities to integrate mangrove fishery and forestry management, alongside activities to develop alternative livelihoods or upgrade existing livelihoods.
