Noëlinaud holds a Master’s Degree in Finance Management, and previously worked at the Ministry of Crafts and Culture in Madagascar as a Research Officer.
He has been the President of an Association of Young Native Students from Toliara in Antananarivo for 4 years and has carried out two projects with the Urban Commune of Toliara, the first of which contributes to urban sanitation and the second to the lighting Of Toliara.
To continue his efforts in social development, he is delighted and keen to work with Blue Ventures to help improve the lives of Vezo fishermen in the Velondriake area while preserving the marine fauna and flora of southwest Madagascar.
His hobbies are playing basketball and sometimes book reading.
