The Youth Congress, held in Stirling, aimed at promoting the role that young people can play in the field of sustainable development and the achievement of the UN’s Millennium Development Goals.
More than 600 of the world’s most dynamic young activists in the field of sustainable development, from over 120 different countries, attended the Congress to discuss issues surrounding climate change, poverty alleviation, education, gender issues, and the Milennium Development Goals.
